Project Borden

Located in Toronto’s historic Annex neighborhood, this home was purchased with the intention of a full renovation and addition. The goal was to open up the layout for modern living while preserving the 1878 character of the home. The project included a complete rebuild, basement underpinning, and a rear two storey addition. Carefully selected interior furnishings and exterior landscaping brought the vision to completion. Completed in 2023.
